Shipping & Delivery

 

Our team is committed to getting your purchase to you fast and at a great price. We have multiple shipping choices available, and if you spend over $100 on one order, shipping is on us* (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours (open business day) before it's shipped from our warehouse. Any orders placed after 12 p.m. E.T. will be processed the next business day. If you're getting antsy waiting for your products, just remember that good things take time!

*For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, extra shipping charges may apply based on the package's weight, you will be contacted by email.

**If you want your package to be delivered in a P.O. Box additional charge may apply, you will be contact by email.

 

Delivery Time

 

When placing an order, please keep in mind that there is a separate processing time in addition to the shipping time. Orders containing available items, or items that are currently in stock, will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Please note that orders placed during the weekend or local holidays will be processed on the following business day. It is important to note that during busy times such as promotions and holidays, shipping times may vary. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on the location. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include all relevant tracking information. You will have the ability to track your order in real-time until it reaches you.

 

Wholesale Customers:

 

Wholesale orders are not eligible for Free Shipping, but wholesale customers can still enjoy heavily discounted rates.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

 

If an item is marked as lost, a claim will be initiated with the shipping provider. The order will always be left at your doorstep and we cannot guarantee that the third party carrier will ring your bell upon delivery, the carrier will make sure the package is in a safe place, that means that if the package is stolen and the carrier can prove delivery, we cannot make a claim. To avoid this, it's a good idea to select signature required for delivery. If the customer chooses to use their own carrier, it is their responsibility to file a claim with the appropriate shipping company in order to be reimbursed for the purchase.

Express:

 

For guaranteed express delivery, choose our express shipping option. Orders placed after 12 PM E.T. on Thursday will be delivered on Monday, while those placed on the weekend will be shipped out on Monday, except on statutory holidays. Express Shipment are only available in Canada on demand.

Damaged or Wrong Items

 

In rare circumstances, items may sustain damage during shipping, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

If this occurs, please reach out to customer service within 3 business days of receiving your order for assistance. Do not dispose of the damaged product, packaging, or packing slip. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage or any missing items.

If you receive incorrect items, please keep them unopened and promptly contact customer service. To receive a full refund or exchange, notification must be given to customer service within 3 business days of the package's arrival.

 

Credit Card Authorization Form:

 

To prevent fraud, we may ask you to fill out a credit card authorization form if your order is of significant worth and the shipping and billing addresses differ. Our accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E transfer.

International

 

Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or broker fees that are not reflected on your checkout receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable taxes and fees to their local Customs/Broker office.

Additionally, we cannot be held accountable for any products that are prohibited in your country or have specific requirements for customs clearance. We recommend contacting your local customs office to ensure that the products and sizes you are purchasing can be cleared without any import permits or prescriptions.

In the event that the package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charges or fees incurred by the shipping carrier for returning your order will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. 

 

All orders abandoned by the customer, shipping carrier, or the country they are being shipped to will not be refunded due to reasons such as lack of import permits, prescriptions, refusal to pay duties, taxes, or broker fees, or if the item is banned by the country.
