• Please note that shipping costs for returns are not covered by Bulk Canada Protein, if you do not like the product.

• If returning the product, it must be sealed and in its original container. The customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee and shipping fee.
  
• We are not responsible for products that have been stored incorrectly by the customer or products that have expired/gone off due to storage negligence.
